Pinjia'an Technology Co., Ltd. is a new technology company founded in Taiwan in 2020 by Mr. Jiang Yongxiong, Chairman of Crown Enterprise Group. Its core businesses include the development of fresh-keeping technologies for food safety and the provision of development services for building an integrated food platform.

The company currently has the following subsidiaries/units:

Cold Chain System Research Center, which comprises a team of Master’s and PhD graduates with scientific and technological expertise, along with dozens of cold chain specialists from Taiwan, China.

Pinjia'an Technology Co., Ltd. is committed to the R&D and practical application of fresh-keeping technologies for food safety. To date, it has obtained a total of 24 invention patents and utility model patents in the Chinese mainland, Taiwan of China, Japan and the United States.

Chairman Jiang Yongxiong aspires to raise the whole society's awareness of food safety, and strongly advocates that the safety of frozen food ingredients is superior to that of live produce. He also leverages scientific and technological advances to resolve the issues of texture and freshness of frozen food ingredients through physical means.

It has now partnered with government projects in Taiwan and gained the support of dozens of catering chain operators, who adopt Pinjia'an's GWAVE technology for food preservation and its application in catering services.
